aspell-ku software package provides Kurdish dictionary for aspell, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-ku
aspell-ku is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-ku package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-ku *
You will get with aspell-ku package name, version, architecture and description in a table
